We believe that our Firm must recognize and be responsive to the business needs and business realities of our Clients. We believe that our Clients are entitled to receive creative and innovative solutions to their legal needs. Finally, we believe that our Clients are justified in expecting the highest quality legal service on a cost-effective basis.

It is always our goal to provide not only comprehensive and high quality legal services with respect to the handling of any matter our clients forward to this office, but to do so in an economical and expeditious manner.

We enter into different fee agreements with Clients depending upon the type of case involved and the nature of the services required. The appropriate fee arrangement for a particular matter, is custom made and adopted with the assistance of our Clients.

Contingent - This fee agreement is based upon a previously agreed fraction of the value of a successful result. If there is no such result, there is no fee.

Flat Rate Fees  - The appropriate Flat Rate Fee Schedule for a particular matter, encompasses in a flat fee the entire process for the handling of a type of service or for each stage of the proceeding. This fee structure has proven effective in eliminating the myriad individual charges relating to a service, eliminating the uncertainty relating to hourly charges, and in establishing uniformity and predictability in cost for a particular service.

Hourly Fees - The total fee for services rendered is based on the time and labor required, on the importance and difficulty of the problems encountered and on the results achieved. The minimum fee will be computed on the basis of the applicable minimum hourly charges are those in effect at the time that the services are performed.

Statements - Our Clients receive a separate, detailed monthly statement on each matter handled. The statements indicate all work performed during that billing period. The monthly statements also include separate identification for all out-of-pocket costs and expenses incurred in our representation of your interests, as well as separate identification of the status of the Client Trust Account associated with each matter. We believe that these detailed statements give our Clients a clear and concise explanation of the work performed by our office.
