As part of the package of Client Services offered by the Firm, this ability to coordinate and monitor the efforts of associated counsel allows the Firm to be the central handler for our Clients’ legal needs throughout the country, providing a uniform approach to the litigation needs and information needs of our Clients.

The Firm presently manages nationwide legal placements on behalf of a number of national financial organizations for their recovery operations in State and Federal Court litigation.

The Firm has direct relationships with associated counsel throughout the United States through its own proprietary LOGAR-Net nationwide network. The Firm is also a member of various national law lists and attorney networks, including the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (“NASP”), National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys (”NARCA”), the Commercial Law League of America (“CLLA“), the General Bar and The National List of Attorneys, all nationwide networks of experienced attorneys in the fields of insurance subrogation, contract disputes and litigation.
