As an addition service to our Clients, regular free Legal Seminars are given throughout the year. These Legal Seminars are offered in the Southern California area, and are also offered at out Clients' business offices throughout the United States.

As part of the package of Client Services offered by the Firm, our ability to coordinate and monitor the efforts of associated counsel allows us to be the central handler for our Clients' legal needs throughout the United States States. We provide a uniform approach to the litigation needs and information needs that our Clients have come to expect.

In this regard, the Firm has managed nationwide legal placements on behalf of foreign and State governments, as well as a number of national financial organizations.

Most of our Clients are involved in extensive litigation on a nationwide basis. As a result, the Firm reguarly provides "audits" of internal policies and procedures. We also assist our Clients in the development of internal policies and procedures relating to the orderly handling and administration of litigation.
